        We began in 1988 as a Crisis Intervention group working with Emergency Service Workers.  Through interaction with complementary agencies, LOUISIANA CRITICAL INCIDENT STRESS MANAGEMENT, Inc., has developed into a diverse personnel services organization to holistic human performance.

    LCISM, Inc. has been involved in the facilitation of workplace violence incidents, natural disasters, industrial accidents, co-worker accident and deaths, school violence and suicide, mass casualty incidents and other traumatic human events.

    As our world has become prone to violence, so has the need for Critical Incident Stress Management.  LCISM, Inc offers training seminars designed to suit your needs and to help identify the needs within your organization.
